Processing Time
All items are made to order.
Please allow 0-3 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@richiewritz.com . Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Richie Writz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

File a claim directly with the carrier
We are happy to assist with providing shipping documentation if needed.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@richiewritz.com with:

Photos of the damaged item

We will review and work toward a resolution.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office.
